Sometimes it can be difficult to work out what’s normal and what is not when it comes to accurately assessing your level of stress. This is especially true if you’ve been been living with a fair degree of pressure for a long time. Because what exactly is normal? And let’s face it being a mom means there’s always something to be stressed or anxious about. It could be a problem your child is having at school fitting in with their classmates, or not being able to get a babysitter on Saturday night to go to your mom’s birthday celebration, or jam handprints on your new cream sweater which you felt was too high-priced but you purchased it anyway, or guests unexpectedly dropping by in the middle of an argument you are having with one of your children about playing computer games instead of doing their homework, or…one of a million other things.
