Often times when we’ve too much stress in our lives, we want to just give up. And sometimes it seems easier to do this.  However, when this happens our innate fight-or-flight response seems to just fizzle out and we become caught up in a maze where one unfortunate event follows another.

But you can take back control.  Do this by tackling one area at a time rather than feeling you’ve to solve everything all at once.  Start by isolating only one particular stressor in your life and then work on it until you regain control.  The important thing here is to work at it and believe that it is solvable because faith can be a powerful enabler.
