We don’t eat well. We don’t sleep well. We don’t exercise enough. We are stressed out and busy and always wishing there was more time to get things done. At the same time we live in a society where everyone wants to look younger, feel younger, and even act younger. How can we live the kinds of unhealthy lifestyles that we do and still look like the models on our favorite magazine? We probably can’t. But there are some easy things we can do during the day that can improve the way we look and feel and won’t take much extra time or effort.

It is fairly safe to conclude that adults and even teenagers are familiar and have had some close encounters with stress. In fact, you would be hard pressed to find a person who has not experienced stress in one form or another. Everyone experiences stressing one form or another nearly each day. Stress can be beneficial at times, it improves on our physical and mental functions. Stress can lead to many complications if it becomes debilitating. There are various medical conditions that can be related to stress, as well as psychological effects that various levels of stress can have on a person.
