Usually panic attacks affect each person differently. Some people experience hot flashes followed by waves of anxiety, some are constantly worrying about unwanted thoughts and still others react with a racing heartbeat, hyper ventilation and tingling sensations all over the body.
Some people have panic attacks that are so strong that they end up in the ER, convinced that they’re suffering a heart attack. The pain caused by this disease/condition can be so real and intense that many people are surprised to find out from their physicians that they are “only” having a panic attack.
