A condition in which we continuously fear and keep worrying about the situations which we actually should not bother about is known as anxiety. When one is in such situation all the time then he/she is said to be suffering from General Anxiety Disorder.
General indications of anxiety can be things such as; fear of public places, lack of self-confidence, fear of socializing (social phobia), low self-esteem, excessive crying, regular nightmares, nausea, diarrhea and so on.
