Over the years, the quality of the food we eat has steadily gone down hill. Our lifestyles have gotten extremely busy which means we’ve less time to shop for good food and cook healthy meals. To help us get by, thousands of fast food restaurants have popped up everywhere to make sure we can get a meal whenever we want, but it usually isn’t a healthy meal. On the occasions that we try to eat healthy and eat fruits and vegetables, we get fruits and vegetables that have been soaked in pesticides and grown in soil that has been depleted of most of its natural nutrients because of over farming.
